what lens are suitable for shooting photo diamond jewelry?

I am considering 180mm f3.5 macro
105 or 100mm f2.8 macro
150mm macro
120-300mm f/2 tele zoom
MPE 65 / F2.8
also the lightings, which lights are suitable?
twinlights, ring flash, snoot, fresnel or soft box?
