Pave Ring with no cleaning slots on back of band?

Would it be a mistake to buy this ring? Will i be able to clean it just from the top and sides or is it going to look dirty all the time?

Hi again!
Id say no just because dirt and soap can get caught underneath. so i wouldnt get your heart set on that style.
Go for something that will be easier to take care of
