Absolutely, I sell Diamonds a clarity enhanced diamond is a real diamond. The diamond has simply been cleaned up with a laser. Just like they use on humans, so relax, dont listen to all the bad stories. You can clean them with any off the shelf cleaner, you can even steam clean them. The only thing you can not do with them is put them in a blow torch. So keep it away from a blow torch because if you are planning on putting your hand into a blow torch for some weird reason the spot that was cleaned with a laser becomes visible. You are absolutely fine, dont worry just go to the jewelers and steam clean it, or just go and pick up some standard cleaner off the shelf, or just use soap and water...you are absolutely fine it is a real diamond. Platinum is stronger than gold., it wont get hurt if you clean it I dont know where some of this information comes from...I steam clean platinum all day long no problems, i drop it in off the shelf cleaners no problems. The internet is so hoky with these stories. IF you do not believe me, try a small section first if I am wrong send me the platinum and I will replace it for you...jeez where do all these stories evolve from I never know.

I would not risk it. It is not the platinum nor the diamond that is at risk, but rather whether or not there are any plated jewelry welds on the jewelry piece. To size the jewelry, a break and a jewelry weld may have been made, and then re-plated with the base metal so it all looks smooth - but cleaners such as those will remove plated metals and dissolve solder joints.
